CALYX combines decorative digital print technology with precision CNC engraving to create tile-effect geometry directly within a large-format hygienic PVC-U wall sheet.
The five-pattern collection gives designers different visual languages while retaining a consistent CALYX product and specification route.

How CALYX Is Made
The Tile Effect Is Engineered Into The Wall Sheet.
CALYX is not a collection of individual ceramic tiles. The decorative finish is created directly on a commercial hygienic PVC-U sheet through a coordinated production process.

2.5mm solid PVC-U forms the base of the CALYX decorative hygienic wall-cladding system.

What size are CALYX sheets?
The CALYX specification route uses 2440 × 1220mm wall sheets at 2.5mm thickness. Sheet quantities, cuts, joints and visible pattern positions should be coordinated from the project drawings.
Is CALYX the same as ceramic tile?
No. CALYX is a large-format decorative PVC-U hygienic wall-cladding sheet. The tile-effect appearance is created using digital print and CNC engraving rather than individual ceramic tiles and conventional porous grout lines.
Can CALYX be thermoformed around corners?
No. CALYX should not be treated as a standard thermoformed hygienic sheet because of its precision-engraved decorative pattern. Compatible trims or an approved project-specific corner detail should be coordinated with the pattern setting-out.
Can CALYX be considered for washrooms and shower areas?
CALYX can be considered for suitable commercial washrooms, WCs, shower areas and other demanding interiors subject to the substrate, exposure, interfaces, joint detailing and project-specific installation requirements.
