We use personal information only where we have a lawful basis. Our principal purposes and lawful bases are: Responding to enquiries and preparing quotations We use contact, company and project information to respond to enquiries, arrange surveys, provide technical guidance, prepare quotations and take steps requested before entering into a contract. Our lawful bases are taking steps at your request before a contract and our legitimate interests in managing commercial enquiries. Supplying products and services We use identity, contact, project, delivery and transaction information to process orders, arrange delivery, provide installation or project services, manage accounts, issue invoices, take payment and provide after-sales support. Our lawful bases are performance of a contract, taking steps before a contract and compliance with legal obligations. Operating IMPACTPRO CladIQ™ We use the information entered into CladIQ™ to calculate indicative material quantities, pricing, delivery requirements and take-off documents. CladIQ™ is an estimating and coordination tool; its output does not constitute a final site survey, installation specification or binding quotation. Room dimensions and calculation inputs are processed to provide the requested result. We do not intentionally retain those inputs beyond what is technically necessary unless you choose to save, export or submit the information, add calculated materials to a basket, proceed to checkout, request a quotation or otherwise provide the information to us. Our lawful bases are taking steps at your request before a contract and our legitimate interests in providing an efficient estimating service. CladIQ™ does not make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about individuals. Managing customer and trade accounts We use account and transaction information to administer customer relationships, assess trade-account applications, maintain order histories and provide account services. Our lawful bases are contract, legal obligation and legitimate interests. Where credit checks are required, we will provide any additional information required at that time. Our lawful bases are legitimate interests, legal obligation and, where required for non-essential cookies, consent. Marketing We may send relevant information about our products, services, technical resources, projects and offers where you have consented or where the law otherwise permits us to contact you. For business contacts, we may also rely on legitimate interests where appropriate and subject to electronic-marketing rules. You can unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link in an email or contacting sales@impactgroupuk.com. Withdrawing from marketing does not affect essential service communications about an enquiry, account or order. Legal, regulatory and business administration We may use information to keep financial and business records, enforce agreements, manage complaints, establish or defend legal claims, cooperate with regulators or law-enforcement bodies, and meet tax, accounting, consumer-protection and other legal obligations.
