IMPACTPUR® is a professional two-component polyurethane adhesive designed for bonding hygienic wall-cladding panels in showers and bathrooms, commercial kitchens, clean rooms, hospitals, schools and other demanding environments.
 
The filled adhesive is suitable for bonding uPVC and GRP sheets to most suitably prepared building substrates, including brickwork, plaster, concrete and blockwork. Its formulation provides easy mixing and application using a notched trowel.

Part A: polyurethane paste, approximately 3,850 poise
Part B: low-viscosity liquid supplied in a foil sachet inside the bucket
Non-flammable
Service temperature: -40°C to +130°C
Application temperature: +10°C to +30°C
Approximately 10 minutes open time at 20°C
Resistant to water, dilute acids, alkalis and aliphatic oils
Easy to mix and apply
 
Coverage
Allow approximately one 6.5L kit for each 2,500mm × 1,220mm hygienic wall-cladding sheet, providing coverage of approximately 3m² when applied with the recommended notched trowel.
 
Actual coverage may vary depending on the substrate condition, application method and trowel size.
